We don’t scream or yell here. We find creative ways to challenge your body and teach you how to respond to stress. We have a team of nutritionists and physical therapists that we consult with to make sure we safely get you to your goals. We specialize in weight loss, muscle build, balance, and more… Don’t settle for just going to a place to exercise. Work with a professional that is invested in your success and will do the research to make sure you are on the right track.

Consultations

We treat people like people so we offer after hours consultation. If you have any questions after you leave don’t be scared to text or email your trainer to get the right answers. If you’re on vacation we offer virtual training as well so you don’t have to fall off track. Get tips on your menu while your dining out so you we can make sure we stay consistent with your program.

Nutrition

Nutrition is a very important part of reaching your goals so we provide meal suggestions and tips to help accommodate your fitness program. If you are suffering from any food allergies or struggle with any reactions to foods we can refer you to one of our certified nutritionist that are here to help.

Group Classes

Build Lean Muscle or Lose Weight! It doesn’t matter what your goal is we got you covered. Our classes are small and taught by Certified Personal Trainers who can modify exercises for you. Classes are intense and will push you but can be modified for beginners.

High Intensity Interval Classes

Our HIIT Cardio classes focus on building endurance and burning calories and torching fat. Increase your cardio vascular strength and lower your risk for chronic illness.

HIIT Strength Classes

HIIT Strength Classes focus on building lean strong muscles to help increase your metabolic rate and have you burning fat well after the workout is done.

Boxing Classes

Learn to defend yourself, or reach your fitness goals with our boxing classes. Our instructors have all competed at some level and enjoy teaching from the fitness and self defense perspectives.

Iron Pump

In Iron Pump we start with a full body warm up then progress to hand weights. Our instructors will teach you form to make sure you are getting the most our of your workout.
